Mike Grabham

Mike has over 25 years of experience serving the built environment with mechanical, electrical, building controls, renewable energy, and other energy efficiency consulting services.

As CEO of Corvant, Mike leads overall strategy and long-term value creation for the company. He works closely with the Board and Executive Leadership team to drive consistent performance, a strong safety-focused culture, and exceptional solution delivery for clients.

Prior to joining Corvant in 2022, Mike spent 14 years with McKinstry, a leading Design Build MEP contractor and energy services provider. He held various roles, including Vice President, National Energy & Infrastructure. Prior to McKinstry, Mike held leadership roles at Direct Energy and Transcend Equity Development, a pioneering Energy as a Service (EaaS) startup, bringing no-cost building retrofit solutions to commercial building owners across the US. Mike started his career at Schneider Electric after earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.

John Jordan

John has over 40 years of experience in mechanical and electrical contracting.

Prior to Corvant, John ran MSJ Consulting, which provided outsourced CFO services to the construction industry.

Prior to MSJ, John was EVP/CFO for Limbach Facility Services, where he assisted the company in transitioning from private equity ownership to a publicly traded company.

John’s career has included several CFO roles ranging from family-owned entities, an ESOP-owned company, a private equity–owned entity, and also included a top 10 national ENR electrical contractor.

He focuses on supporting operations to maximize returns while balancing risk, compliance, and disciplined growth. In his role as CFO, both as an employee and as a consultant, John has participated on both the buy side and sell side of multiple ownership transition transactions.

Chris has more than 35 years of experience in operational leadership, business strategy, and financial management in the built environment. As Chief Operating Officer, he focuses on maintaining Corvant’s standards for quality, reliability, and safety while advancing operational execution across the business.

Before joining Corvant, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Operations at McKinstry, where he led a national division delivering design-build, high-performance projects across the US. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Siemens Building Technologies, including Operations Manager in South Florida, National Operations Manager for the US, and District Service Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region.

Kathy Schaaf

Kathy Schaaf serves as Chief People Officer for Corvant, where she leads the company’s people strategy to support performance and organizational alignment, helping enable continued growth and operational effectiveness. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, she brings a track record of strengthening organizations and improving performance through practical, disciplined people strategies.

She is known for building scalable people practices that drive accountability, strengthen leadership capability, elevate culture, and align talent with business outcomes. She has led enterprise initiatives across organizational design, compensation, leadership development, and large-scale change, helping organizations operate with greater consistency and build high-performing operating models.

Prior to joining Corvant, Kathy held senior HR leadership roles across multiple industries, including Caregiver, Inc., Sport Clips Haircuts, and CTI Foods. She holds an Executive MBA from Grand Canyon University and has studied leadership development under Ken Blanchard and his team.

Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in mechanical contracting, having advanced through the organization in roles of increasing responsibility and leadership.

After graduating from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, Jeff began his career as an Estimator and progressed through project management, leading some of the company’s most complex and high-profile projects. His hands-on experience across both field leadership and management roles provides a practical, execution-focused perspective that continues to shape his leadership approach.

Prior to his current role, Jeff served as Director of Operations, where he was instrumental in strengthening execution discipline, standardizing processes, and building the operational infrastructure required to support sustained growth across multiple markets.

Jeff is also a graduate of the Purdue University Mechanical Project Management Institute and holds a Florida Certified Mechanical Contractor’s License.

He is known for driving operational performance through disciplined execution, continuous process improvement, and a strong culture of accountability, developing high-performing teams that take true ownership of project outcomes.

Ray Winter

Ray is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Prior to joining Corvant, Ray worked for Allstar-Electric, Inc. and many of Allstar’s sister companies, in roles varying from Assistant Controller to CFO.

The types of construction these companies specialized in included mechanical, plumbing, electrical, residential home-building, and disaster relief.

Ray worked closely with both operations and accounting to grow and improve these businesses by streamlining processes, maximizing software utilization, enhancing communication, and gaining perspectives from all levels of the organization.

Before joining Allstar, Ray was an auditor at Postlethwaite and Netterville, working on audits for businesses including construction, oil & gas, and banks.

With a background in accounting, Ray brings a structured, analytical approach to decision-making and business leadership.

Joey Robinson

Joey brings more than 30 years of experience across mechanical systems, service operations and technology-driven solutions. As President, he will focus on scaling Corvant’s service business by driving operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships and building high-performing, accountable teams.

He is known for translating strategy into execution—expanding service offerings, improving productivity and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers. Joey will play a key role in accelerating growth, enhancing service delivery and ensuring the business is positioned to perform at scale.

Prior to joining Corvant, Joey held executive leadership roles with national and regional organizations where he led business expansion and improved operational performance across complex, multi-market environments. He has a strong track record of building teams and developing leaders to support sustained growth.

Joey earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Jacksonville University and is a Certified Mechanical Contractor in the State of Florida.  He is also an Eagle Scout and remains actively involved as a lifelong Scouter with the Boy Scouts of America.

Judson brings extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in mechanical contracting. Throughout his career, he has successfully led business development, project management, engineering, estimating, and operations teams, supporting growth and expansion across multiple markets.

Before joining Corvant, Judson served as Vice President of Engineering at Quantum North America, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. He has also held leadership positions at E3 Enteral Solutions, Direct Energy, Johnson Controls, Inc., and Carter & Burgess, Inc., where he excelled in multi-discipline design engineering, cost estimating, and project management.

A registered professional engineer, Judson is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
